Hi
I have been researching mine, and my wife's, family history for many years. I am a member of other Forums so am fully conversant with protocols, etc.
I have hit a couple of brick walls so while thinking about the next steps I am filling in some social history about our ancestors.
My family originates near Preston, my wife's family lives in Failsworth/Oldham/Ashton districts, so any postings on this site will be focused on my wife's family.
I have made a separate posting with my first query.
